SUMMARY:

Active member of the sales team and assists the Sales and Marketing Director (SMD) with the management of the community sales efforts, and responsible for the execution of the move in process consistent with company standards with a focus on customer experience post move in.

Responsible for supporting revenue growth and the sales in the community. Assist SMD to achieve and exceed budgeted census for the community. Responsible for representing the residence in a positive light, maintaining favorable relationships with internal families and community members. Responsible for coordination of the move in process for all new residents, collaborating directly with all departments to assure a smooth transition. Responsible for working directly with families and residents to obtain all essential move in paperwork required in accordance with our policy and procedure. Supports the Occupancy/Marketing Department to operate in accordance with all policies and procedures as well as marketing efforts, event planning and database management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires the ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals. The ability to assist in establishing and maintaining a positive image and good relationships with marketing and referral sources is required. Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft office and Microsoft excel is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential. May require some bending, lifting, stretching and stooping.

Education: High School Diploma at a minimum, college degree preferred

Experience: Requires at least two years of experience in a hospitality environment.

Certificates/Licenses: Valid drivers license in the state employed is required.

Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, community team members and the surrounding community at large.
As an associate you are expected to have an active role in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members and professionals
As an associate you are expected to have an active role in driving the customer experience for all new move ins, coordination with outside services to assure a smooth transition for new residents.
Follow new residents 90 days post move in to assure focus on customer experience.
Responsible for obtaining all proper documentation (state and community specific) that meets our move in requirements and guidelines.
Ability to assist the Sales and Marketing Director with calls to the database, focusing on tour conversion from call out and management of database calls as directed by the sales and marketing director.
Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Acts as a representative of the residence to the community.
Establishes and maintains favorable impression of the residence to the residents family and friends, influential individuals and groups, community members, etc.
Assist team with meeting all occupancy, sales and move-in projections.
Assists with new inquires and follow up as designated by the Sales and Marketing Directors guidance
Attends required in-service training and orientation.
Assists in completion of all reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicates effectively (both verbally and in writing in English).
Complies with all corporate directives positively.
Other duties as requested.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Good physical and mental health. Finger and hand dexterity to handle and manipulate instruments and equipment. Visual and auditory acuity. Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) lbs. and be able to carry objects. Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand. Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate. Must use good body mechanics. Should be neat and well groomed. Must be able to type and use a computer. Must project a positive attitude towards the service provided.

Associate is not subject to potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials, and to handling hazardous chemicals (Category 3).
